Project File Access

When you begin your project, we will set up a webpage just for your project.  You will be given a user name and password that will give you secure access your project webpage and a special storage area that we call your Information Locker.

 

Your Information Locker is customized for your project and can help improve the flow of information between you and your team at Bay West Enterprises.

 

Information Locker

Your Information Locker is a special storage area that is unique to your project.  The data files in your Information Locker are password protected and cannot be seen or accessed by other internet users.  This storage area allows us to exchange information.  We use this area to pass along information about your project such as billing information, schedule, photos from the project site, etc.

 

You can store files there too.  For example, you may want to upload a data sheet for a television you intend to use in your new house.  You can upload the data sheet for your television to your Information Locker so that your Bay West team can insure that you new AV cabinet will accommodate your equipment.
