Construction Management

The Construction Management approach allows Bay West to act as the owner's agent and manager of the building process. Bay West helps the homeowner in securing the services from architects, designers and subcontractors who will actually complete the work. We coordinate the efforts from the design stage to final delivery. Each segment of construction is contracted separately with the homeowner through the advice and recommendation of Bay West.
